What is the difference between a Join Tour, a Private Group and Private Only?
On a Join Tour you share the vehicle with other travellers and the price is per person. On a Private Group the vehicle and the guide are yours alone, and the price is for the whole group, not per person — it depends on the group-size band your party falls in, and each tour page lists the price for every band. Private Only means that tour runs as a private group and never as a join tour; those are labelled Private Only on the tour page. Tours that offer both show both prices side by side, and the Join Tour picks up earlier because the vehicle is shared.
Where do you pick up from?
Sukhumvit 1–24, Sathorn, Silom, Pratunam, Phetchaburi, Chinatown and the Khao San Road area.
How accurate are the timings on each tour page?
They are the real plan, estimated on weekday traffic out of Bangkok. Weekends and holidays can run longer. Your guide will tell you on the day if anything has shifted.
Is it suitable for children?
Infants travel free but still take a seat in the van, so please count them when you book. The child age range and the child price are shown on each tour page. Some days, such as the Erawan and Ayutthaya trips, are long door to door, which can be a lot for small children; the duration is shown on each tour page. Message us and we will tell you honestly whether a trip suits your family.
How do I pay?
Book now, pay later. Your booking is held as Pending payment and we confirm on WhatsApp first.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time — you get a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, or not turning up on the day, are not refunded. If we cancel for any reason, you always get a full refund.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run in the rain. The markets, temples, the Death Railway and the museums are not affected by weather. If one activity is genuinely unsafe on the day — swimming at the waterfall in heavy rain, bamboo rafting, or the firefly boat — your guide will replace it with another stop or refund that part of the day. We only call off the whole trip if the roads or conditions make travelling unsafe, and then you get a full refund.
